Having the ability to print and scan documents is important. This guide will get you set up and ready to use the Papercut Printing system on the 401 Center St. Campus. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us by submitting a ticket through the Help Center.

The Steps:

Step 1: Open the Web Portal

Step 2: Download and Install Print Drivers

Step 3: Test Printer Functionality

Step 1: Open the Web Portal

  • The first step in getting set up for printing is to log in to the Web Printing Portal. From here, you will be able to see information about your account, change your password, and can even print simple jobs through your web browser. For this reason, we highly recommend that you bookmark this page. It can also always be found at the following web address: For your convenience in this guide, you can simply click this Web Portal Link. It will look like the screenshot below.
  • It is also important to note that in order to complete these setup steps, you will need to be connected to the G.O.D. International Local Wi-Fi Network either GOD_INTL or GOD_INTL (5GHz).

Note: If you do not have a login already or have forgotten your information please submit a ticket through the Help Center or if you already have an open ticket, just let us know there.

Step 2: Download and Install Print Drivers

  • Once you are logged in you are looking for a link called "**Printer Setup" on the left side of your screen. Click Printer Setup and you will be taken to a page with a Download button and instructions. Click the Download button, open up the downloaded files, and follow the prompts to finish the printer installation process.

Step 3: Test Printing Functionality

  • Now that you have gone through the printer setup steps, it's time to test out your printing capability.

  • Open up a file that you would like to print and attempt to print it. When you are given the option to select a printer choose "FellowMe_Papercut".
    • Since this is a newly installed printer on your device, you may need to select "See More" or "See More Printers" the first time.
    • The name of the printer it may have the words [Mobility] at the end.

  • A prompt will come up asking you for your username and password. It is crucially important that you use your Papercut username and password here instead of your computer username and password. If your computer username has been pre-filled by your device, replace it with your Papercut username and then enter your Papercut password.

  • Once you successfully submit your job, it's time to go to the printer that you would like the job to print from.

  • Use your Papercut login to access the printer and select the "Print Release" option. Follow the prompts to release your job and, voilà ! You're done!
